Bienvenido a mi diario de viaje para la Gran Aventura a Sudamérica, 2018.
If you don’t know, I am learning Spanish, and I am super committed to it – I take lessons, via Skype, with professors in Mexico and well, I am making progress. So, I had this great idea that I would document the trip all in Spanish as a chance to practice, build my skills, and likely embarrass the heck out of myself. It will probably come across like an 8 year old writing it, but bear with me, I am doing it.
If you don’t speak Spanish, just copy and paste into a translator! LOL
Thanks for coming along for the ride. We actually leave December 4th, but I am starting the diary now, to get into practice. Not sure what the internet situation will be like, so I am also taking a tablet and will be hand writing along the way if necessary, and I will add to this blog as I am able. Though it is possible that it will be one big entry at the end.
Of course, I will be keeping a keen eye out for mosaics, other art, and inspiration for future projects.
Final thought – if you DO speak Spanish, be gentle with your critiques. Ha ha – I am sure my teachers will have lots. Hopefully it will at least make sense.
